Contact UsMaximize the quality and repeatability of your samples with constant flow control from the Sample Sentry. This equipment removes the need for repeated manual adjustments by providing a constant flow rate.
Automation is achieved by continuously monitoring the flow rate and controlling any anomolies with the motorized pressure reduction valve (PRV). You can also add optional sensors to monitor temperature, pressure, and flow changes and shutdown the system when an alarm occurs.

Pressure
- Each Sample Sentry PRO can manage pressures from 0 to 3000 PSI (0-207 bar) with 80 to 120 PSI compressed air (5.5-8.3 bar), depending on the model.
Temperature
- The Sample Sentry can manage sample temperatures.
Flow Rates
- Equipment flow rates can run from 0 to 1500 cc/min, depending on process needs.
Interface
- Each Sample Sentry can provide status information using the Modbus TCP protocol and can be configured to include the recommended web-based human machine interface (HMI).
