Obtain samples safely from continuously pressurized process lines with the ISOLOK SAL-B sampler. Designed for liquid and slurry applications, the SAL-B can handle processes of up to 300 psi (20.7 bar) and particles up to 3/8 inches (9 mm).

The sampler is built with 316 stainless steel and tough, hardened 17-4PH to ensure that it can stand up to abrasive materials such as sand and gravel slurry tailings.

Due to these high demands, the sampler comes with an ISOVALVE and separate closure plate as standard to ensure that the sampler can be isolated and removed from the process line while it is under pressure. The sampler also has telltale ports on the isolation valve for verification of depressurization to ensure operator safety.

Remain confident in your sample's representation with the continuous pressure sampler's optional park position cylinder that prevents product accumulation and wear.
A variety of customizations are available from various seal materials, port closures, line adapters, different containers, and more.

ISOLOK SAL-B ambient operating temperature -5˚ to 131˚F (-20˚ to 55˚C), depending on the seal material.
The sample material temperature can be -40˚ to 575˚F (-40˚ to 302˚C), depending on seal material and duty cycle.
