Contact UsDesigned for thick slurries such as raw municipal sludge and waste acids, the ISOLOK SAG slurry sampler ensures that your samples are representative of your entire process and operators are protected from potentially hazardous products.
This automatic sampler is made with 316 Stainless Steel components to meet different process applications.
The ISOLOK sampler's design uses compressed air and a controller to force a plunger into up to 300 psi (2.7 bar) pressurized processes for complete representative sampling.
- The ISOLOK SAG sampler has a variety of options such as port closures, different container types, sampler enclosures, etc.
- The SAG slurry design is available with three different models for sampling fixed volumes of 120 cc or 200 cc per sample cycle.
Temperature
- ISOLOK SAG ambient operating temperature -5˚ to 131˚F (-20˚ to 55˚C), depending on the seal material.
- The sample material temperature can be -40˚ to 575˚F (-40˚ to 302˚C), depending on seal material and duty cycle.
Pressure
- The SAG sampler can handle up to 300 PSI (21 bar) process pressure.

Sentry's bulk solid and ISOLOK sampler maintenance schedules depend on the application. However, it is recommended to clean your equipment every 6 months and review cycle counts to determine the average change time of seals. You should also document every failure for a more robust maintenance schedule.
