Contact UsSuccessfully capture samples from your free-flowing, pressurized processes with the PR Sampler. Designed to sample homogenous material, the PR sampler moves a sample tube into the process stream, capturing a representative sample without disruption.
The material sampled is discharged through a flexible hose to a collection point. Material characteristics are not affected by the sampler because no moving parts convey the sample material to the sample container. Sample volume can be changed at the sampler controller.
- The PR sampler is available in a variety of stroke lengths - 4, 6 and 8 inches (102, 152 and 203 mm).

Particle Size
- The recommended particle size for the PR Bulk Solid Sampler is 10 µm to .25 in (6 mm).
Process Locations
- PR Sampler's recommended sampling location is in dilute and dense phase pneumatic conveying systems or gravity spouts.
- The sampler dimensions are dependent on process customization and insertion lengths of 4, 6, or 8 in (102,152, or 203 mm).
FAQ Sampling Questions
Sentry's bulk solid and ISOLOK sampler maintenance schedules depend on the application. However, it is recommended to clean your equipment every 6 months and review cycle counts to determine the average change time of seals. You should also document every failure for a more robust maintenance schedule.
