Designed with dedicated connection locations, the Model M Sampler connects to your processes utilizing a valve with multi-turn controls to throttle and manage sample control.

This sampler ensures that your processes can be integrated with additional features on the panel, if desired. By following the instructions written on each Model M sampler, you will be assured that a seamless representative sample will be taken every time.

Each Model M Sampler comes with a coaxial needle system to reduce the concern of bent or broken sample needles.
Labeled step by step instructions and valves ensure that minimal training is needed to operate the equipment, reducing the potential for equipment downtime or sampling inaccuracies.
This Model M Liquid Sampler ensures that operators and the environment are protected from toxic or corrosive product.

Materials

Each Model M is made with a 316 stainless-steel body and FKM. However, other materials are available upon request.

Bottle Sizes

This sampler comes with two 32 ounce Boston Round bottles.
Contact our team for other bottle sizes or materials.

Pressure

This Model M Low-E sampler is pressure rated for up to 250 PSI (17.2 bar).

Temperature

Sentry's low-e Model M sampler is temperature-rated for up to 500˚ F (260˚ C).
If temperatures of greater than 140˚ F (60˚ C) are needed, a sample cooler needs to be included.

Additional Capabilities

Each sampler is highly customizable. You can customize the system with the following additional add-ons:
- Pipe stand
- Enclosures
- Process isolation valves (inlet and/or return)
